Dawn Princess
Like her Sun-class sister ships, Dawn Princess was designed to offer passengers the widest variety of dining and entertainment imaginable. The Grand Plaza atrium dazzles with glass elevators, floating staircases, stained glass domes and ocean view windows.
Sister ship to Sun Princess, the Dawn Princess incorporates the same sense of spaciousness and an uncrowded passenger flow, combined with intimately designed spaces.
The Grand Plaza atrium is one of the most stunning lobbies afloat and is just one of the features that make this ship a Personal Choice favourite.
Personal Choice Cruising has introduced new freedom to the world of cruising. Learn more about the Personal Choice features on Dawn Princess that make us the cruise line of choice.
CLIMATE VARIATIONS (SOUTH PACIFIC)
The South Pacific is at its glorious best in the dry season from May to October. Expect clear, warm days with an average temperature of 23C (73F). For walking or trekking, narrow it down to the cold season, June to August, when water temperatures drop to 21C and the air is cooler - not the best time to visit if you're hoping to laze around on a beach. Summer is the wet season and brings warmer weather but it can be unpleasantly steamy, with the heaviest rains in January.
