This afternoon we board the Sun Princess to begin our fantastic circumnavigation of Australia from Fremantle to Sydney. Be up on deck as we cruise away from Fremantle!

Monday April 30, 2012 Geraldton
We will arrive in Geraldton this morning and there will be an optional sightseeing tour of the area. Visit the fascinating memorial to the HMAS Sydney sunk at sea during WWII. Try & visit the historic, restored Greenough homestead that dates from the 1800s.

Tuesday May 1, 2012 At sea
The day will be free to enjoy the ship. Try one of the many bars on board.

Wednesday May 2, 2012 At sea
A day to enjoy the facilities of the ship.

Thursday May 3, 2012 Lombok, Indonesia
Today we call into the Indonesian island of Lombok, which is next to Bali.

Saturday May 5, 2012 Broome
This morning we call into the town of Broome in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Optional sightseeing tour of Broome and the famous Cable Beach. Visit the Japanese Pearler’s cemetery, Monsoon Gallery, the dramatic rock formations, Anastasia’s pool, the Dinosaur Footprints.

A day to enjoy the wonderful facilities on the ship as we cruise along the Kimberley coast region of Western Australia.

A day at sea to enjoy the facilities of the ship.

Tuesday May 8, 2012 Darwin
Today we call into the city of Darwin. Optional sightseeing tour of the capital of the Northern Territory. See the Chinese Temple and the lush Botanical Gardens. Tour the historic sites of the city including the East Point Military Precinct. We then travel to a Crocodile Farm to see these large reptiles.

Wednesday May 9, 2012 At sea
You may choose to attend an informative lecture, have a swim in the pool or just enjoy a good book in a comfy deck chair.

Friday May 11, 2012 Port Douglas
Today we arrive into stunning Port Douglas.
Optional a sightseeing tour of this beautiful area. We will have spectacular trip on the Skyrail above the canopy of the rainforest to the town of Kuranda.
There will be free time to explore the town before we return to the ship.

Saturday May 12, 2012 Whitsundays
Today we call into Airlie Beach in the Whitsunday Islands region. A free day to explore the town.

Sunday May 13, 2012 At sea
A day at sea to enjoy the facilities of the ship.

Monday May 14, 2012 Brisbane
Optional sightseeing tour of Brisbane. Visit the area along the Brisbane River, which has been very attractively developed. On our tour we will see City Hall, the Treasury building and Parliament House.

Tuesday May 15, 2012 At sea
Our last day at sea.

Wednesday May 16, 2012 Sydney
We cruise into Sydney Harbour this morning & disembark after breakfast.
Our train Departs Sydney from Central Station to board the Indian Pacific mid-afternoon for our journey to Perth. Sit back and relax and enjoy the views as we travel through the Blue Mountains in your Gold Service cabin.

Thursday May 17, 2012 Indian Pacific
The train will travel through unique landscapes where you will have the chance to spot a fascinating array of wildlife from the comfort of the lounge or your cabin. There will be scheduled stops in Broken Hill and Adelaide where you can enjoy an optional off-train sightseeing tour.

Friday May 18th, 2012 Indian Pacific
A day on the Indian Pacific train to enjoy outback Australia. This afternoon we have a short stop in gold-rich Kalgoorlie.
